We have created our special snowman ice cream cakes for the winter months. These are great for birthdays. Our ice cream cakes are made with a layer of our fresh vanilla and chocolate soft serve separated by a layer of our chocolate crunch and frosted by our very talented Mercer's Chicks.

We have a great staff. Our scoop team manages to make great grades in school while competing in outside school activities along with working for us. We are incredibly proud of them. They are more than happy to serve you up an ice cream and a smile. (The young ladies on Team Scoop are fondly referred to as Mercer's Chicks, shirts available for purchase in a variety of colors.)
