Introducing the 'World Famous' Mercer's Chicks plus Chip!
We have a great staff. Our scoop team manages to make great grades in school while competing in outside school activities along with working for us. We are incredibly proud of them. They are more than happy to serve you up an ice cream and a smile. (The young ladies on Team Scoop are fondly referred to as Mercer's Chicks, shirts available for purchase in a variety of colors.)

Mercer's 'mini' Chick
Below is a photo of cute Audrey, a Mercer's Fan. This is no mistake. The ice cream must match the shoes. She is styling in her leopard print top and pink high-heels while enjoying a cup of Cotton Candy ice cream topped with rainbow sprinkles. This sweet one has fashion sense beyond her years.
